For your consideration is a vintage 1960's Kay 6868 archtop acoustic guitar with the scroll headstock. Exactly like Kurt Cobain used in Nirvana's "Come As You Are," music video.
Overall in tremendous condition, especially considering its age. Headstock has a few nicks and dings, nothing sinister. Fretboard shows some signs of wear in the cowboy chord areas, but nothing unsightly. There is a slight amount of fret sprout, but we have decided not to file the barely protruding ends, as they are painted from the factory. Should the new owner desire, we can take care of them...but the sprout is not very severe. Back of the neck appears to have a crack that was repaired a very long time ago, and has been declared as stable by our luthier.
Plays well, has a delicate voice!
Comes with chipboard case.
Perfect for all your vintage Kay and/or serious Nirvana fans!
